          Curriculum planning for effective learning 

  

「學習」一詞,日文為「勉強」,既是香港考試導向的教育制度的寫照,又為教育工作者帶來深切的反思。
我們對學生的期望: 

   

學生對學習有興趣Interest

學生在學習上有自信Confidence

學生積極學習及探求知識Engagement

學生能成為終身學習者Lifelong learner

  

校本課程緊扣真實情景,重視生活應用,連結學科課程、學會活動、學術周及全方位學習活動,豐富學生的學習經歷。課程設計以六年一貫為原則,加強初中及高中的銜接。學校積極推動跨學科協作,讓學生將不同學科的知識融會貫通。

Our school-based curricula focus on the application of academic knowledge, in which a broad range of cross-curricular activities ranging from academic clubs to other learning experiences are effectively incorporated.

 

 

教師重視課程實踐,運用多元化的教學策略,如自主學習、翻轉教室、合作學習及電子學習等,讓課堂成為一個學生互動交流、主動建構知識、展示學習成果和建立自信的地方。在教學設計上,提供向上伸展與跳躍的空間,讓學生追求卓越。

Teachers adopt diversified teaching strategies to let students apply their knowledge and strive for improvement. Self-learning, flipped classroom, cooperative learning and e-learning are employed to allow students to interact, construct their knowledge actively, display their learning outcome and build confidence.
